We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store e-gift card.

Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your purchase from Xo Amylah! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your clothing or shoe purchase, we're here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • All exchanges are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds for exchanged items.
  • Exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Xo Amylah reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

 Additionally, final sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at xoamylah.boutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
